For new clients, we recognize that it takes time to build a trusting, long-term relationship. This is why we encourage prospective clients to become acquainted with us, obtain references from clients, and develop a high level of comfort with our capabilities.
For large, integrated change management assignments, we typically use a three-phased process:
- Phase I -- Diagnostic Assessment
Often, we begin the relationship with a diagnostic review of the client organization to understand its structure, business processes, and strengths & weaknesses. This is done to be able to frame up the challenges that exist and start to formulate an integrated approach for improving corporate performance.
- Phase II -- In-Depth Analysis
The initial diagnostic review usually points to areas of the company that deserve a more in-depth, detailed analysis. This effort is focused on developing a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities, formulating solutions to problems, and creating a detailed action plan for implementation.
- Phase III -- Implementation
We continue to work hand-in-hand with clients by providing implementation assistance until project goals are achieved, measurable results are realized, and the economic benefits of our assignment far exceed the investment in our services.
