We believe that active client participation with our seasoned consultants is essential to a successful business relationship. Top level managers must be actively engaged in the process. Their individual strengths, corporate understanding, and industry expertise all help to ensure that the strategies being developed are practicable. When executives share fully in the creation of a strategy, their understanding and endorsement of that strategy are nearly always guaranteed.
Our consultants also train and work closely with managers, line supervisors, and even hourly employees who will be responsible for executing the new strategy. This collaborative approach starts during the analysis phase. It is fully utilized during the implementation phase as teams comprised of Orr & Boss consultants and our clients' employees jointly develop strategic plans and put them into effect.
