We understand that a consulting firm's value to its clients begins with the quality, experience, and integrity of its people. In staffing our projects, we assign consultants based upon their education, functional and analytical expertise, and industry experience.
Given the technical nature of many of the industries in which we work, many of our international partners and senior consultants have a technical undergraduate degree with a Master's and Doctorate's degree in their field of study and/or an MBA in various business concentrations. In addition, most of our consultants have worked as executives within the industries that we serve prior to joining Orr & Boss. This industry experience enables them to bring an in-depth understanding of organizational considerations, supply chain management issues, and marketing and sales savvy to each consulting engagement.
Our consultants are able to focus their efforts on the analysis of the problems, the development of innovative strategies, and the implementation of highly effective recommendations. It is our laser beam focus on delivering results for our clients that translate into a high impact change for them. Because many of our seasoned consultants were once industry peers of the corporate executives that we serve, they are as comfortable in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions within a plant or supply chain environment as they are in presenting and defending high level corporate strategies in the board room.
